Pastificio di Amante has been family-run for two generations. It was born out of nostalgia for the ancient flavours of traditional Italian gastronomy, with a strongly meaningful name that expresses the passion we make our products with.
Awarded many times over the years by the Jury of experts and Star Chefs of the International Taste & Quality Institute in Brussels, Pastificio di Amante has become synonymous with an excellent product that maintains the characteristic of "fresh pasta when cooked".
Made in Italy pasta is a pillar of the Mediterranean Diet, recognised by Unesco as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
What makes our pasta unique is the sheet of pasta: cold-processed according to the tradition of home-made pasta to keep intact the organoleptic characteristics of our excellent raw materials.
The nests obtained from our thick pasta sheet, dried slowly at low temperature, are smooth and elastic, have a strong core and give their best when sautéed in a pan at the end of cooking, proving to be highly receptive to the sauce.
Di Amante pastartigianale is available in the egg, flavoured or durum wheat semolina versions in 500 g packages for the retail sector, 1 kg packages for restaurants and 5 kg packages for the catering and B-to-B industries.
